Reminds me of Jeff Adrien with a higher ceiling.

LOL so true. If you have ever played against a guy that has crazy long arms but is "shorter" you know that it can be a mistake to judge them by where their head is.

Compare him to the guy many wanted at #18 Booby Porter in terms of measurables (not shooting) 9'0.5" reach 7'2" wingspan

Compare him to Wolves pick at #25 Jarell Martin 8'10.5" reach 6'9.75" wingspan.

Compare him to Trey Lyles the #12 pick 9' reach 7'1.5"

253 pounds with that reach is NOT undersized.

Christmas would have been nice because he can make freethrows but Morey must love Harrell's motor more. In Morey we trust.

LOVE this pick. Solid rotation player for years to come or good trade asset. Either way it's good. Dude will be dunking on everybody

My thought is that this could be Morey looking for a Draymond Green type...a big with the foot quickness to switch on D to wings and not be a total mis-match.

Any insight on how this guy fairs guarding smaller / wing players?

Is he going to sign a one year contract like KJ ? I would love to have him in a multi year cheap contract.

Rebounding rebounding rebounding. When the rockets rebound well they usually win.

For those saying that Draymond Green can shoot... you do realize that Green is a 41.2 percent shooter from the field in his career, and he plays in the super efficient Warriors offense, right? And that number is inflated by his 44% from the field this year, which isn't great itself.

Green has developed his game from a very poor offensive first two years. No reason why Harrell wouldn't be able to do the same within three years.

I didnt realize he shot that bad from the stripe but dude has a ton of heart and is a aggressive defender. If we keep Bev and they actually play Har. they will be very good defensively

I doubt it. Most sign for three years. Kj signed a one year to avoid the hinkie special which isnt the normal way gms sign their seconds.

It will be more than obvious when this guy is on the floor that he gives a $hi+. There are several of our current guys where I'm not so sure.

9'+ Standing reach is not undersized at all.
being shorter is actually an advantage because of lower center of gravity.
    7'4" Wingspan is HUGE.
    Great Motor.

If you don't like this pic your nuts.

    As far as undersized goes....

When standing up with his hands in the air, he has 2 inches on Patrick Patterson (and more athleticism), and 2 inches on Kenneth Faried. He has the exact same standing reach as Taj Gibson... one of the better defensive PF's in the league.

He's far from undersized as far as NBA PF's go. Not sure where this narrative has come from.

Kinda reminds me of a Kenneth Faried type player.

Harrell's wingspan is just crazy. Pretty much equals Capela's, who I think is an athletic beast.
