I think this is the first time that I have no interest in the Finals

    Been hardcore fan since 95. Year after year watching the Rockets disappoint, I was back on the horse to watch the Finals. This year though, it's different. I don't have the desire to care about finishing the season through. Or honestly even any optimism for next year. I hope this is temporary, but it just feels weird. Any one else feel this way?

    Same, rather watch baseball. And baseball suck. This is how sad life is atm.

    Totally feel the same. My hopes were so high and so disappointed I don’t even want to think about basketball

    My only interest is that the Warriors lose.

    I'd cheer on any team to beat them including the Jazz, Spurs and Mavs.

    Id hope for jazz or mavs beat em, even okc.

    I would never hope for the spurs to beat them though. Spurs have the worst fanbase in the entire nba from my experience. Screw the spurs. The only time i ever rooted for gsw is when they played the spurs last year.

    I got interest that tied the finals into our next season. Need GSW to sweep Lebron and demoralize/embarrass him enough to make him come to Houston to get revenge

    I can’t watch the finals after watching what the NBA did for game 6 and 7. Even without Paul we could have won it, the way the Rockets were playing even considering going cold from 3. The series was completely fixed with the way the refs were assigned to each road/home game (games 1,6, &7 in particular) favoring the Warriors. This series was so disappointing that I have no interest in ever watching an NBA match. The team laid it all out on the floor, this team felt special the way they played and were off the court. To go out like this was devasting.

    Losing to the Spurs the way we did last year and seeing the Warriors/Cavs in the Finals 4 years in a row with Lebron rolling out the weakest squad in comparison to all the previous years can be a killjoy for many basketball fans.

    I’m a die-hard basketball junkie and I won’t be watching.

    League screwed the Rockets with tainted ref Mauer in game 6 and then tainted ref Foster in game 7.....for....for....4th lame matchup between GSW’s-Cavs. Durant/Curry/Klay/Dray vs LeBron!! Don’t Care. Rockets played in the finals!! WCF’s!

    After watching the rig job the officials put on us that game, I don't know how ANYONE can watch the NBA much less the finals. The NBA took a big dump all over OUR franchise AND EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US... and some folks are happy to roll around in that like a happy pig.

    I'm not down with that.

    I'm not watching but hoping Golden State steamrolls (ugh) Cleveland if the Rockets are indeed in the LeBron sweepstakes.

    Same, not watching tonight or any other night. Taking the family to showing of Wizard of Oz with live orchestra instead that's how uninterested I am.
