[Help] POA, legal doc...Declaration of CCRs

    Help please

    The POA is not being very helpful. I'm trying to locate the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions from the late 1970's for the small community I have property in. Does anyone know how I can find a copy of it? Is it something that can be looked up online or do I need to call someone from the County?

    What's the subdivision? Does your deed reference the CCR? POA should have them posted somewhere.

    POA claimed to have had it til I asked to see it then it just disappeared and at our last annual meeting they just dodged questions about it from other owners.
