I've been suffering with a terrible cold, so the nightime medicine might have been playing some tricks with my vision as I was going in and out all during the game. But from what I remember, The Mooch was playing some blanket defense on Seattles guards. I mean, he really looked good. I know in baseball, you pull your offensive guy's out at the end of the game and replace them with a defensive specialist...could The Mooch be that kind of guy? Put him in the games when we play against a dominant guard just to take that guy out of his game? Sounds like it could work to me. Not to mention he has the offensive skills to boot!

I must have been drinking from the same bottle, because he looked good on both ends of the floor. He got 9 points, 5 boards, 7 assists and 3 steals in 30 minutes. It's nice to know we've got a solid backup behind Steve when Francis is in foul trouble, frustrated, hurting, or on back-to-back nights.

Mooch has been the most consistent aspect of the Rockets since preseason began. He runs the offense like a well oiled machine with his precision passing, added rebounding and spetacular defense. If Francis wasn't scoring 20ppg I'd be daring enough to say that Moochie has a better overall game than Stevie....for now.

Too often, we lose sight of life's simple pleasures.

Remember, when someone annoys you it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, but it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and pimp-slap the mother****** upside the head!

I hope Moochie plays well enough this year to get a decent and guarunteed contract next year.
