Why does ESPN let full tilt spoil the November 9? God, I hate full tilt. There is no good reason to do what they do every year!
honestly, its the commentary and the editing which makes it interesting. they don't show boring hands.
Please, in this thread if you're gonna post spoilers, USE THE SPOILER TAG. This is for any future posts. Yes, I quite enjoy the WSOP and really don't wanna know results early like in years past.
Isn't this a tournament thread just like the one we do for rockets game? "Bud for 3 points" "No don't spoil it, i want to watch the game after r2k post it".
Final table live coverage going on right now espn3.com or try channelsurfing.net /watch-world-series-of-poker.html
Cheong has been the best player at the table but he just blew up right there. Props to Duhamel for playing that hand well.
Yeah I was rooting for Cheong to win, it takes a lot of balls to 6 bet bluff for pretty much your tournament life there. Duhamel has about 200 million to Racenor's 29 million, heads up probably won't last very long.
Was hoping Cheong would win it all, but he had a hell of a run. A friend of mine was in the WSOP, was on a break, and had about the same amount of chips as Cheong, and Cheong offered a 5% stake in each other.....my friend took the deal and was their yesterday rooting him on. They showed him a couple times on espn3, but didn't see any interviews.
So I live here, but enjoy the ESPN broadcasts so I've been avoiding getting the info online and decided to avoid the Rio this weekend. Then at Bellagio last night as I was having a horrible run of cards getting stuck a few racks, some dude says "how about that Duhamel guy winning it all?" Damn it. FML. Funny aside: was having a decent session at the Aria Friday night and the whole Mizarachi clan was there playing cash games until the wee hours of the morning. The final table started like hours later lol. Gotta love the degen lifestyle. BTW, entertaining final table swings. Cheong had a huge chance, but blew up worse than Mike the Mouth ever has.
