Why aren't the polls up yet?

    As in the AP, Coaches, etc. I think this is the longest I've seen it take.

    Anyone know what's up?

    It's pretty rare for college football to have a Monday night game. So that delayed things. Give them time to compile coaches' ballots from across the country, submitted after last night's game.

    Early rankings are pretty meaningless, anyway.

    i wish they would release polls in the fourth or fifth week so certain fake college teams don't get ranked too high, and good teams don't have to come from way back to make it to a bcs bowl.
