    you could also simply ask:

"How many point guards in the league get doubled as much as Francis?"

It is so thrilling that we finally won a game where Francis got smothered. Pick your poison is correct!!!

You couldn't double-team a Rockets PG in recent memory because Hakeem always commanded a double-team. I'm sure teams would have liked to have doubled down on Sam or Kenny during the championship runs, but they couldn't afford to. The PG generally took 3's, which is a lower percentage shot than any of Hakeem's moves.

Sleepy might have gotten doubled-teams on some of his hot nights. Man, did he have some hot nights!

i can't remember any rox pg worthy of a consistent double team.

steve has a chance (if the rox make the playoffs) at not only R.O.Y, but maybe 5th or 6th place on the MVP voting.

I can't remember any Rocket p.g. in quite a long time that teams actively looked to double.

This is great news if these teams keep doing this. They double team him at half court and he kicks it to a wide open teammate.

Also, if they chose not to double, he can take anyone to the hole one on one.

So NBA teams, pick your poison!

    Great topic.

Heres another question. If Francis continues to improve in all aspects of his game, like he has been doing over the last 20. Is it possible for him to have a finer rookie season than Hakeem did on an individual basis?

You guys got it all wrong!

The last Houston PG to be doubled all the time was none other than the original "white chocolate"......

    MIKE DUNLEAVY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
