Texans look marginally worse at this point. And Gundy has the T-Mac injury as an excuse. Then again Capers has a coordinator to share some of the blame and the Rockets have more talent and have had a miserable O since game 6 of the Mavericks series.

How do you define poorest in your question?

Money-wise, I don't know who gets paid more between the two.
