And if yes, would you like to hit today? This rain is killing me and I want to play some tennis. I know it's a longshot but if you're down to play a high 3.5 - low 4.0 player today, I'm willing to pay your guest fee to play. I get off at 3pm. *crosses fingers*
Ohhh balling sounds pretty enticing right about now.. where would you guys play? and how do you rate how good you are in tennis?
I wouldn't mind balling but I do have a 24 hour fitness membership for that so I doubt I'd want to pay a guest fee to ball And this would give you a good idea of where to rate yourself if you have to self rate. I don't officially have a rating but playing in a few leagues before this is the rating I have given myself. http://www.easitennis2.com/NTRPSystem.htm
BiggieStuff, why do you need an indoor tennis membership when you can play at your local high school for free? I am currently teaching my 7-year-old how to just hit the sweet spot. I haven't vollied in years and my knees are noodles, but I think it's fun to get out there just to hit. What area of town are you in? I am out in Katy.
It was a request for today since it's rainy and wet. I live out towards sugar-land. close to 59@Beltway8. I'm always up for hitting. Just hit me up when you got some free time. How bad are your knees cuz I like to make people run hahaha
I can't today. My daughters' school is out, too, and it's DAMN WET out here in Katy. Go ahead and try to make me run. I hang out at the net and the only way to get it past me is to be AWFULLY accurate on an alley shot or LOB it over me, in which case I am fast enough to do a between-the-legs a'la Agassi back shot.
I don't have an indoor membership but our skill level seems comperable. I have a membership at Rice so if you are in those parts, I'd be game. But I've got a hunch that the Rice courts might be a little damp today.
I'm definitely game for any other day. Just wanted to find someone with an indoor club membershiop for today because I'm itching to get some tennis in. Do you happen to play USTA or Flextennis?
