I thought it might be interesting to see which state people are seeing as the one that will be the closest and thus determine the winner of this fall's election... Looking at electoral-vote.com, if called today, and assuming virginia and indiana go to McCain - Colorado could be this year's Florida of 2000.
It won't be close enough to matter. There's no way McCain's campaign is going to win. He's the least exciting candidate since Bob Dole (and at least I LIKED Bob Dole).
Colorado and Michigan are the two keys, in my opinion. If McCain wins Michigan, it's hard to see him losing.
Michigan would be a big pickup. But McCain needs to hold onto Florida and Ohio or that would be rendered moot.
