I dont understand why Glen Rice was riding pine for the 4th quarter and OT. I think he could have nailed at least 2 or 3 open shots, and to me we have a better chance of winning when he is out there.

    comments?

Walt Williams drilled big three after big three. There was no reason to bring Rice in, because Walt was doing his job for him. I'm not digging at Rice, just complimenting Walt.

True ZRB, but I just thought we could have used an extra gun out there on the floor. Bottom line was misplays and turnovers IMO. Its frustrating, but we had a lot of chances to win. They arent the world champs for nothing......

    bummed :(

He was sitting comfortably on the bench where he belongs. Boy can't hit a shot these days.

Its about time The Wizard received some compliments. Not only was he on fire in the Rockets come back but his timely rebounding, passing, and veteran defense nearly brought their record to 6-3. Also, nothing against Eddie or T-Mo, but they would of probably been called for a foul on Kobe while Walt was allowed to aggressively defend him towards the end of the game. Unfortunately those type of plays happen for La too.

Why don't we see Rice at the two guard once in a while? Not often obviously, but we could move Mobley to point if you want to rest Franchise, give Mobley a break, get Griffin or TMo in the game or if Walt is hot, give both Walt and Rice on the floor at the same time.

Moochie isn't getting it done so this would be a way to get our two big guns a break without bringing Norris in and Rice is much more dangerous as a scorer than Moochie. I know he would have defensive matchup problems against Kobe, but it is worth a shot once in a while. We have got to get Steve and Cat some rest and Griffin some minutes.

The Rockets were 3-18 on threes. Williams finally put a few threes in. They were lucky he didn't miss one of the three like he usually does. The guy stinks. he wouldn't even get playing time on most teams. The Rocket propensity to chuck threes is the only reason he fits at all. Looks to me like were back to the chuck and duck...
