What other Teams need to do the same . . . .

I think the 76ers
Golden State
The Heat
The Suns

These teams will IMO all be worse next year and each year beyond it unless they blow it up

Rockets. Their window with FVV and Brooks is very small. Trade all the young guys and picks for LeBron.
