Thin and/or fit. I say thin because I used to work with people with eating disorders, so my definition of skinny is not what is in the picture.
I actually talked to two women about it today. If you're under a "C" you need an upgrade. We're in a day and age where a cups should and need to be ridiculed. Even the A cups know that. Welcome to my shallow world folks. Why you didn't follow my instruction earlier amazes me.
I don't mind B-cups and would prefer them to D's or larger. C's are perfect, assuming they're not too saggy). But then again, I'm a legs man, not a T&A man.
