His game isn't even fun to watch. I remember when he was a mini Jokic and was a highlight waiting to happen. His entire game is posting up from the 3 pt line and twerking to the post and missing a bunny and throwing his hands up looking for a foul.

i dunno. His game has changed a bit. He seemed more dynamic that last Silas year and year 1 of Udoka. He had a turnaround jumper or fade not that stupid one legged shot. He posted up mid post more. He also drove more with floaters it seemed. Now almost everything is a backdown hook in the paint or a drive and spin layup.
He doesn't look right, like he is not paying attention and is in his own head particularly on defense. Maybe he wants out? DD

He was never that guy to begin with.. He was just uniquely unorthodoxed that his fans thought he would impact the game in ways Joker or even Daddy Sabonis did.. He's more Vlade than Jokic
Come on, man, he is not even in his Prime yet, you could argue he is not a viable Number 1 or Number 2 option but saying he is not a star player. That is too far. He is having a rough season, whatever it is, back and ankle, added weight, GF, national team fatigue......we shall see. KD is also a known chemistry breaker, we have seen that movie again and again before.
Very disappointing season. Frankly the last two seasons. Crazy those are his all-star seasons. But the poor finishing, turnovers, poor defense, and lack of a consistent mid-range shot just can’t be overlooked for a guy making $36 mil. I think I’m finally ready to move on. Kills me to say that but it’s been two yrs of regression during the yrs most players make major strides. Lots of unique skills but if your best skill is your post-game and u can’t finish around the rim…
