I've heard alot about it, its actually a satellite based system. They have many HD channels but none of them I think are worthwhile. It's competitors (Directv and Dish Network) don't offer nearly as many as Voom. To tell you the truth I don't know if it can compete with Dish and DirecTV I've read that the subscription numbers are very low. I couldn't recommend it because I've actually never tried it. www.voom.com
