    I don't mind Vince but seeing as how his last 2 yrs have been pedestrian & Franchise has been a freaking all-star, I don't understand how they don't offer a f-ing spot to him...

    I'm not sure Francis is who I would replace Kobe with, but I'd sure as hell take him before Vince Carter 100 times out of 100.

    Carter's still riding that slum dunk championship.

    Vince really shouldn't be on the floor without one of the potective suits they give scientists working with deadly viruses. He needs something to protect him, since it seems everytime he get on the floor, he ends up hurting himself. I guess he might as well get it over with and just get the injury before the season.

    Maybe he can heal quickly and only miss half the season?

    Francis' game is not really suited for international competition plus he plays a different position than does Kobe and Vince.
