    My internet speed had decreased significantly since the last month, don't know what happening, it keeps stopping after every 2 seconds, and pauses for 2 minutes before the next 2 seconds. Crap

    the same thing happened to mine. i found a malware called spoolsvv.exe and everything is fine after i kill it. use your taskmanager and check to see if u have the same malware.
