I got a truck that needs painting? Anyone have any experience with getting a vehicle painted? Every goto Maaco? Not sure what to look for or expect Only Reference I got was a guy saying he had Maaco paint his vehicle and it peeled off 3 weeks later or something like that Rocket River
What year is the truck?? How much are you willing to spend?? With paint jobs, you get what you pay for. Places like Maaco and Earl Shibe will do it cheap, but the quality and details will be sub-par.
I would find a reputable body shop to do it. Maaco does a cheap, crappy job and since your truck will smell like wet paint for quite a while, wouldn't it be better to smell like the wet paint of a job well done? I repainted my Porsche two years ago, but I had a friend who does it for a living teach me how.
