    the knick team he had were best mediocore and he went deep in the playoffs everytime.

    With him and new assistance Rox will be fine

    I think a team's postseason performance has more to do with it's players than it's coaches.. but coaches always have a major impact on whether or not their teams can make the playoffs.

    it's the short term / long term argument.

    all in all, I'd be glad to have JVG here.. he seems like the perfect change of pace from our Rudy T era.

    Totally wrong, and without any basis in fact. The guy shouldn't be allowed to even coach on the college level... I am totally amazed that people think this guy is a talent. He can't even command a decent staff around him...

    So, someone that doesn't have a losing season as a coach shouldn't be allowed to coach?
