Is anybody using Roxio's product on a Win2k box? I was tempted to get the thing, but I think I'll go get Nero instead after finding a link to the following on fatwallet. :

My company declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy, then agreed to merge with another company, which also declared for Chapter 11 bankruptcy... should I be worried?

I have it for W2K and it sometimes freezes on its own... The computer does run somewhat slow too... And I used to have the blue screen scenario with the 4.0 version...

Thanks for the heads up... I am going to uninstall and then re-install without take 2...
