Vegas must think the Cougars were Kevin Kolb and a bunch of 11 year old girls. The Coogs go into this one 17 point dogs. I hope that the whole "game time" decision QB controversy between Keenum and Joseph is just to make Oregon prepare for both. Joseph probably has more upside. I personally look for this one to be 10 points or closer no matter who is under center.
