    Season 5 kicks off tonight at 9 pm Central on FX with a 90 minute episode.

    This season sees Jax as the new president of SAMCRO and adds Jimy Smits, Ashely Tisdale (kam faints?), and (strangely) Joe McHale of Community who plays a con man.

    Damnit, haven't seen Season 4 yet. Guess I should record it and then watch it after Season 4 comes out on Netflix.

    Last season final left me disappointed. They basically have immunity as long as they keep providing guns to the cartel right?

    Best show on television. Even season three redeemed itself in the last 15 minutes of the season finale.

    If it was close before tonight, it isn't now. That's how you f***ing open a season.

    So many story lines opened up. Sutter said he'd like to give it 7 seasons. He's just set up the last 3 in one episode.

    Some thoughts.

    -Tigg had it coming, one too many **** ups.
    -About time they killed off Leroy, he was a weak link.
    -Gemma needs to die already.
    -Clay looks as weak as Megatron in Transformers 3.
    -The Jax/Opie Prez/VP dream team needs to happen soon.
    -I think the show ****ed up by making the Cartel CIA... A Cartel/Pope mafia beef would've been epic.
    -I can't wait to see chuck zito's debut.

    Very good start to the season, some of the acting was a tad clucky mainly from Harold Perrineau with his Kid n Play do...

    I was expecting Pope to look like Delroy Lindo. But then it ended up being Walt's dad. Not intimidating at all.

    I'm a bit confused about the ending. Gemma has a one night stand with Jimmy Smits, and suddenly they're cool with Jax and his guys are hiding out in his office?

    Yes, Delroy would have been a better choice or maybe Ving Rhames.

    That part with Gemma and Nero really didn't make much sense, seemed like a massive stretch.

    They liked each other but it's just not very logical that a guy who runs an escort service would want to possibly bring the law to his door step off a one night stand.
