    I wonder if he realizes that this could be The basis for a wrongful death suit from the family?

    I expect the marshals to issue a denial on this.

    "They didn't want to arrest him"

    Essentially Trump is stating that the Marshals committed a serious crime. Given that many witnesses stated he did not draw a gun along with two cops this is very very disturbing.

    I doubt anything will come of this. The marshals will issue a “clarification” and most people will just accept it as Trump being Trump.

    That said it would be fitting for this year for it to come out that US Marshals assassinated a suspect on the orders of the President. It would also be a fitting end to the Trump presidency for Trump to be charged for it.
