If the Houston Rockets get bounced in the first round, and James Harden continued to struggle.. I'd say trade him. At least before the label "choker" gets attached to him. I think Harden is a really talented player with the ball in his hands, but that's about it. He's kind of a rich man's Jamal Crawford. He can be really exciting to watch, I get that, but you need to play tough defense to win. You also have to be a lot more efficient than what James Harden shows. There's a lot of effort missing in his game, and when its the playoffs, the only thing that matters is your effort. If harden can't even get up for a playoff game, I don't see any hope for him. I hope I'm wrong and he turns it around and we win, but Harden has always been this way. OKC and College. Which is why I think it would be a good idea to trade him and build around Dwight. Maybe a harden for melo deal. NYK would jump on that deal. To get a younger all star player for someone whose probably going to leave. Then we can save our money, re-up Parsons, and still sign a really good free agent that can help Dwight, Melo, and Parsons.

    What do you think?
