Time to think about switching smarter defensively

We can’t be switching so easily. The Warriors were targeting Capela all game which takes him out of the paint to crash the glass. The Warriors gameplanned this to perfection. Everytime a shot when up, all the Warrior players crashed the offensive boards. That was our demise this game.

Watch how the Warriors switch. They switch a lot, but they at least try to make it difficult and fight through the screen. They even have Curry leave his man and change assignments with another Warrior defender when they know the Rockets are trying to get him on an iso.

This should be Bzdelik’s focus all summer. Every loss in this series, we lost the rebounding battle. Defensive rebounding has been the plague all year. It came home to roost tonight.
