    OK, I can't control the weather, I wish I could. So, with no indoor courts to be found, I reluctantly cancel the game.

    However, the pre-game festivities at Aussies for the Phoenix game is still on. Join myself, RM95's Girl, Major, treeman, DVauthrin, and hopefully more (JBIIRockets, Drewdog, Puedllfor, HOOP-T, etc.) for a drinkin' good time. Crisco, if you're still coming up, hopefully we'll see you too!

    Probly not gonna drive up there since I know the game is cancelled and the weather on the drive up will be ****ty. Get a vote on the next date from the people at Aussies for the game.

    Dang, I was looking forward to a pickup game this weekend. Maybe I should see if there is enough interest to have a game in Houston at some point, though I don't know any courts to play on in Houston.

    Note : sorry about the double post (not like me, but I'm doing a bunch of other stuff at the same time.)

    Is there a possibility the pickup game might be rescheduled for March 16-17? Next Sunday is a bobblehead game and I have 4 tickets, so that's not a good option.

    I'll be there this saturday, but next weekend I'll be in Brownsville, so count me out for the pick-up game. :(

    Well, I twas at Aussies - unfortunately, there was a small hitch in my plans - I don't know what y'all look like, nor do I remember your names. And I'll be damned if I'm going up to someone and referring to them by there BBS moniker, especially if I made a mistake.

    I was hoping that DV would be there, I AM familiar with his appearance and his name, but it appears that car trouble sidelined him from action. Tough luck, I'll be at the baseball game tomorrow though.

    I had a mediocre chicken dish, and watched the Rockets and Longhorns on a pair of TV's in the dining room. There were a group of people there watching the Rockets game, I'm going to assume the big guy in the maroon was RM95, and the lady there was RM95's girl, in which case, RM95 was born under a lucky star, because damn . . .

    I left at halftime, because my mediocre chicken dish sat uneasily on my stomach, and went home and listened to the Longhorn game on the radio on the way home.

    Oh, I also wore my lucky socks, which are enchanted with powerful mojo :

    The Longhorns won, Rockets won, Astros won, USA beat Honduras 4-0 in soccer.

    these are some powerful socks.
