http://www.pspupdates.com/ Newer waves of PSP games haven't even came out yet and just like that the first pirated PSP game got leaked. That unlucky game is Lumines. I don't have the link to the actual ISO file but its been reported the file is legit and a movie proof is shown over at pspupdates.com(link). Basically, you use a type of MS loader to load the game from the MS. I think Paradox was the company resbonsible for the loader. First it was emulation and now piracy, all within a month.
