G-G-Greetings all you caffeine freaks and coffee addicts, today I made my first Segafredo espresso drink! For years, I've had this awesome italian stove top espresso maker, given to me by a friend who lived overseas. I never knew how to used it, but could never get rid of it. So last week, I spoke to a coworker about it and she explained how to use it. She also recommended I try Segafredo's Moka Espresso coffee and gave me a recipe for a "Cuban Coffee." Which is espresso grounds mixed with sugar, then brewed. I poured mine in milk to create a Cafe Au Lait. Let me tell you, that is some good stuff! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee! let me recommend Segafredo Cafe Moka for any of you who have an espresso maker, specifically the stove top kind. buzz on, rH Segafredo Moka Stove Top Espresso Makers
My morning buzz, that is if I absolutely can't make it to Starbucks, is Cafe Bustelo dark roast espresso whooped up in my coffee maker as a normal cup-o-joe...really strong! I usually put 4 times the amount of coffee for my stuff! Fiesta sells it for $2.99
If I cannot use Peets espresso beans, I use Starbucks. For dessert last night, I poured some fresh espresso over vanilla ice cream. Mmmmm....
