teeth whitening

    anyone have any success with the teeth whitening product from the pharmacy? are they even worth spending my money on or should i just save up and get zoom bleeching? my teeth aren't disgustingly stained but the coffee is taking its toll. any opinions would be welcome.

    First try switching to a Baking Soda/Whitening toothpaste. I got great results from just doing that.

    My friend has had success with Crest Whitestrips. He doesn't follow the directions though. Instead of leaving them on the 30 minutes as directed he leaves them on overnight. I have yet to see any adverse effects.

    Same here- I tried the Arm&Hammer brand, and it worked wonders.

    Crest Whitestrips really hurt my teeth. I do have very sensitive teeth, though, so maybe you won't experience the same discomforts that I experienced.

    Whitestrips worked extremely well for me, not sure about leaving them overnight, but they definitely work.
