Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for the switch is going to break the internet

    I don't think much of the switch games (even this one) is going to be THAT collectible due to digital releases, but anything else that comes out for this game: hint, hint, is going to be like finding gold.

    That includes: amiibo (I'm going for the set of this), the new game cube styled controllers, the super premium prima strategy guide and obviously the switch smash bros. bundle. Holy **** this game is going to be a collector's dream.

    I am going to try to buy everything I can for this game and hold on to it, don't open it.

    The little touches this game has, like bringing over damage meters for some fighters or pac-man gobbling up the screen, or Kirby being able to copy moves from every fighter. It's insane.

    I’m looking forward to a game that Nintendo will finally back a decent online system for. Splatoon was ok, too many updates and found myself getting my stuff nerfed. Haven’t touched it in a while.

    Will definitely be my game of choice for the foreseeable future. Wii U smash was nice but limited.

    Nintendo's online system is a joke. I stop playing Splatoon 2 a long time ago.
    I'm more in the Retro Gaming right now. But what I realized was that my Splatoon 2 amiibo was going for like 50 bucks. I bought the thing a less than a year ago.

    my goal is to collect the entire set of amiibos for the Super Smash Brothers ultimate wait five years and then sell that b*stard.

    2.5 weeks until this game comes out. Nintendo is really throwing their weight behind it. Plays more like Melee in the videos I’ve seen.

    Curious how much of an esports following it’s going to generate.
