Does anyone know how to get access to next year's superbowl tickets?

I know that the nfl does some kind of lottery thing, where you have a 1 in 60 chance of getting picked for a shot at a pair of tickets or something like that.. but how do you sign up?

Sell your first born male child into slavery.
Take out a second mortgage on your house.
Give your soul to Lucifer for all eternity.

money isn't an issue in getting into the lottery for a shot at buying them at face value..

if I wanted to buy the tickets on ebay? then yes, those options would be viable..

Become a Texans season ticket holder. I believe that is the only way to get a "public" face value ticket. Even Texans season ticket holders will have to go through a lottery cause I doubt there are enough tickets to go around.

The only way Texan season ticket holders get into the lottery is if the Texans make the Superbowl...at least thats the way it works with the Jets and Giants season ticket holders

One of the priviledges advertised with purchasing Texans PSL's or season tickets was the opportunity to purchase tickets to the Super Bowl.

MadMax or another Texans season ticket holder can fill ewfd on the details, but I believe there will be no public sale unless there are leftover tickets.

Attending a Superbowl is a once in a life time experience. I was lucky enough to attend Superbowl 28 in Atlanta. I was a Cowboys Season Ticketholder and won the chance to buy tickets in the Season Ticket lottery.

    From NFL.com

    SB XXXVII ticket distribution
    AFC Champion - 17.5 percent
    NFC Champion - 17.5 percent
Host Team (Chargers) - 5.00 percent
    Other 29 Teams - 34.8 percent
    NFL - 25.2 percent

    Tickets
Tickets for the general public to Super Bowl XXXVII are NO longer available. The only method the NFL has to distribute tickets to the public is through a random drawing. The primary means of distribution is through each NFL team. There is no other means for the general public to purchase tickets. The NFL does not sell tickets to travel or ticket agents.

Entries for the random drawing are accepted between February 1 and June 1 of the year preceding the game in question. All ticket requests must be sent via certified or registered mail. Requests for tickets to Super Bowl XXXVIII, to be played Feb. 1, 2004 in Houston, will be accepted beginning Feb. 1, 2003.

    Requests should be sent to:

    Super Bowl Random Drawing
    PO Box 16400
    Mascoutah, IL 62224-6400

Please note that only one request per address will be accepted.

OK, there are 69,500 seats at Reliant Stadium...Let's round that up to 70K for ease of calculation...

That's 3,500 for the Houston area and 840 tickets for the other 29 NFL cities...
