    Hey guys,

I have a sublet available from April beginning until the lease ends on August 31st in Austin, TX

    1 bed/ 1 bath, 750 sqft and clean

Rent: $849/month - can go lower

It's at the Juniper Springs apartment complex which is a gated, concierge community. I'm a big fan of the place but I'm moving to a UT apartment soon.

Do contact me if you're interested or know of anyone that might be looking for accommodation.

    The craigslist ad is: http://austin.craigslist.org/sub/4914196763.html

    Thanks!

Haha! :p My mistake. My rent is $899 but I decided to list at -$50 and forgot I did that! OP should be edited now

Clearly, I'm flexible with that number

Damn rent went up since I lived there. I had an apartment in Juniper Springs in 2006 when I was in undergrad and I was paying $650 a month for a two bedroom.

Yeah Austin's growth is out of control. They have to start spending on transportation infrastructure in addition to more housing.

But that's kind of hard when the Texas DOT is underfunded by 10 billion dollars.
