Hello. I have an MP3 (Sony GoGear Ariaz) device. I used to charge it and transfer my files via USB, however recently, my PC does not see my MP3 when I connect it. I have tried searching if my PC sees my MP3 on Control Panel "Devices", but either I don't know where to look or it doesn't see it. The device charges, but it doesn't let me choose if I want to go to "PC mode" to transfer my files. I have also tried connecting it to different PC and with different USB cable. Also I have tried to set everything to "factory settings". The question is - is there something I can do manually, by myself still? Or should I just give up and bring it to specialists to fix it?
