    Very much so.

I have to wait about 3-4 hours after finishing my workout before I can sleep soundly.

    It's a pretty common thing.

I easily fall asleep after working out. Then again I usually stay at the gym for at least a couple of hours and by the time Im home Im physically exhuasted. Next time, work out till you can barely lift anymore?

I always work out (or try to) around lunchtime. I would try doing that or working out in the morning (like before 5). Working out right before you go to bed will keep you awake for awhile. I don't remember why but I do remember reading that somewhere.

I fall right asleep after working out. That's why I work out late at night. I am physically exhausted by the time I finish my weightlifting routine. Do the powerlifting movements such as squats, bench press and deadlift with heavy weights and you too will be exhausted and fall right asleep.

I also get tired after I work out. After working out for hours and hours, benching 600lbs on my passive pecs, and squatting thousands of pounds of weight, since I am an awesome powerlifter and my body is amazing. I also curl 200 lbs so by biceps are huge and rippling. Then I sleep with dozens of beautiful women before I go to sleep in my palace.

If you have a schedule like mine of an amazingily buff powerlifter with a sexy body, you need to sleep after exerting so much energy maintaining this sex entrancing temple of a body.

You will find out when you start working out seriously.

I noticed you removed how much you bench press from your sig.

I had another sig for a while after the bench press/squats stats, so your actions certainly didn't have any impact on my sig. You're obsessed with me. I dominate your thoughts.

yeah, but working out at 5 in the morning with keep me from being asleep for awhile. i don't get how people do this or go for early morning jogs and such. i sleep up until the time i have to leave minus the minimum number of minutes it will take me to get ready.
