For Sale Single Ticket - Jerry Seinfeld in Sugar Land (Jan 14 @ 7 pm)

I have a single ticket to the 7:00 show Saturday night to see Jerry Seinfeld at the new Smart Financial Center in Sugar Land. Unfortunately, I'm now unable to make the show and would like to sell it.

It's a very good seat (Orchestra 104, Row B, Seat 7 - Seating Chart), but it's a paper copy and, therefore, too late to sell on StubHub. I purchased from SH for $300 several months ago and would just like to get my money back. Seats in Row G are currently selling for ~$400 on StubHub, so this seems like a decent enough deal.

Since it is a hard ticket, pickup would have to be arranged either Friday or Saturday. I work in the Galleria, so I'm flexible on a pickup location. E-mail me through the board if interested.
