    He was apparently apprehended, Wes were you down that way today? I'm probably 20 miles from there, but had several out of town friends call to check on me.

    No, I live in Houston now. I have a friend that has an office in the courthouse, though. I checked on him, and he's fine.

    Cool didn't realize you had. they are sayign now that he was scheduled for a 3rd day of trial for sexual assault on his daughter. the victims were family members.

    Just saw an article on this incident on MSNBC site. Horrible but good to hear that Clutchfans are safe.
