Think about this: Shaq had 16 in the first half and only 4 in the second and the Lakers scored 32 in the second half. This was dominant defense, but pathetic ball control. 10/11 against shaq I will take when we hold him to 20, though his final rebound and shot cost us hard. Throw Cato on him more, play the same stingy defense and cut the turnovers down (we had 14 in the first and only 6 in the second) and I think we can pull at least one game out of LA, maybe 2.

Think about this too. We had about outscored the Lakers in the second half and cut our turnovers in half....I think we found some majic in the second...

Call me a homer and I know Kobe will not play this poorly again, but I think we have a better offensive showing in us too.....

When you combine the fact that the Lakers usually play good defense in the playoffs with the fact that we still have Francis "leading" our offense, we are going to shoot crappy. We've done it all year long, why stop now?

Moreover, a playoff Shaq is far better than a regular-season Shaq.

It might be true couple years back. Shaq is getting older and he's going downhill. Don't expect him to dominate night in and night out.

Lakers won't make it out of first round.
