    Anyone wanna take a guess when he will take over the reigns from McHale?
    If we get bynam or dwight
    I think McHale gets this year
    but if we add another peice next year
    then we will bound McHale out of here!

    What if McHale succeeds with Dwight?? You're not even going to give him a chance?? And I think it's already been decided that our next coach will be Chris Finch, whenever that happens.

    Never liked Mchale signing. He'll stay this year and probably step down which is a good thing. Would like to see Mcmillan here when Morey gets fired

    I've got a coach for you--how about the only man ever to win championships in both the NBA and WNBA?

    I know there's an Oregon Ducks fan on this board--he's currently coaching Oregon's women's basketball team.

    His name is Paul Westhead.

    And he makes games fun to watch.

    We won't WIN, but it'll be fun as hell!

    is what brought in to be the Coach
    but
    they wanted him to get some NBA seasoning
    so they let McHale coach . . .for now
    I am wondering how long will that last
    before they let him take the reigns

    Can you be Coach in waiting for 5 yrs?
    I know this is only the second year but if McHale has some
    success with Dwight/Bynam . . . . will their be a power struggle?
    or will McHale then be a asset to trade high LOL

    I would think McHale gets 3 years and then we will see Finch. Although I sure would love to see what JVG could do with a contending team here. JVG was my favorite coach since Rudy T.

    And bring back the Murph dammit.

    Apparently McHale can not coach well enough. I'd prefer Stan Van Gundy if we could not manage to get Howard.
