Roadrunner cable internet speed increase?

    Last month someone posted that Roadrunner was increasing the speed of their basic service, but didn't give any details and I haven't notices faster downloads yet. I still cap out around 365/kbps.

    Now I know they have a premium service, but that's not what I'm talking about.

    Anyone know anything?
