    A nice win on the road against BCS conference Kansas.

    Rice just made Refman look like a buffoon (not that I would expect a lot from Aggie alums), since he thought that non-BCS conference teams cannot beat BCS conference teams. Suck on my ball fro, brah ;)

    Actually, there was a time when Rice was a perennial powerhouse in football. That's the reason a tiny school like Rice has a gigantic stadium. However, I do concede that it's been a very long time since Rice has been a power in football.

    Did Rice have more parking back then? When UH comes over the stadium isn't even filled and people are parking all over the campus. I used to work sporting events at Rice and the lack of parking was always frustrating.

    yes -- there are several buildings and fields that have been built since the stadium was initially constructed.
