    McGrady can be forced into playing team Basketball if our Point Guards take charge and perform their taks correctly. When the ball is brought down the court, it should never be passed to McGrady, under normal circumstances.
    The ball is only passed to McGrady when he is open to shoot.
    Very quickly McGrady will learn that he is only going to be part of this team if he plays the team game and put all his stats and fame behind him. :p

    McGrady really don't kill our offense as long as he doesn't hold the ball in his band without dribbling.

    HaHa, there is a point here, but you need change the point guard first, all world knows that Rafer who can do one thing best is hold the ball to Tmac as soon as he passes through the half court whenever two play together, the next thing for Rafer to do is looking for Yao.
