    How in the heck did R. Kelly land Jones Hall?

    I like his music but it just, doesnt seem to be a venue for his type of music.

    i dunno, ive never been to jones hall. he did a toyota center performance last year, wonder why he didnt hit up TC this year.

    My sentiment exactly. I am very happy that this concert will take place after I see Elvis Costello and the Houston Symphony play there next Thursday.

    I went to the concert and it was awesome. He performed for 1.5 hrs non-stop. Dude is a great perfomer and actually showed love and was appreciative of the fans there. I was impressed. Say what you want about his personal life, dude is an amazing musician.

    we know he's amazing. he's one of the greatest performers/artists of all time. just cuz we make fun of how he pissed on that girl doesnt mean we hate him
