    Is it basically anything they can negotiate?

    (Question) What does a buy out of Ryan Anderson look like?

    I am curious for the Rockets
    but also
    For the Knicks.

    Would he be a cheaper buy out than Melo?
    Esp after staying 1 year . . . . .

    I suspect next summer it will be an easier contact to swallow
