This question pertains to Game Action as you will see, so don't dismiss it yet as "wrong forum." To help CC raise money, has anybody approached the Rockets to get permission to set up a booth in the concession area to solicit contributions from fans before and after home games? (See, that's game action, isn't it?) This would accomplish two goals: raise money for the board and increase awareness of the board (although I can't imagine a Rocket fan who doesn't know about cc.net). I'll bet that some of the players would even help by signing autographs for a few minutes at the booth. Any thoughts? Montgo shouldn't be the only one trying to raise money for cc.net. What is the address for the tip jar? Can everybody send $5 -- there the $2K right there.
