Pool fences?

We are looking to get a pool fence built around our pool. We saw that Leslie's offers a mesh fence that is removable. Anyone know anything about this fence? What kind of fence would you recommend? Who else installs pool fences?

You should never fence up a perfectly good water hazard for your golf course.

There are some legal ramifications to building a fence around a pool, last I heard. You should look into that as well.
