Pierce underwent arthroscopic surgery on the elbow at New England Baptist Hospital on Wednesday and is expected to return by the start of camp.

i think i read about him supposed to have surgery before the WC practice matches started. i think he was supposed to play in the WC along with billups and etc. not what i count as new and exciting news.
