ok Im at my sisters using her PC.... she has a trojan that has deleted her run32.dll file, and what it does is whenever you download a program such as malwarebytes or spybot s&d, without the run32.dll file, it doesn't open the program.

Even when you google how to get the run32.dll file back on your computer, the trojan reroutes your browser to send you to another webpage.... I thought I knew how to fix this but I do not

The trojan or virus didn't delete RUN32.DLL, it only unregistered it and took ownership because whatever program or pr0n site your sister visited installed a program that knew how to do that with your permission. It also won't let you run anything on the C: drive.

You mention she "has a trojan" as in present tense? Remove the trojan before you attempt to restore RUN32.dll.

On a good PC, download Malwarebytes' Anti-malware. Put it on a read-only flash drive or CD ROM. Run it on the infected machine. Follow the instructions. Good luck.

    ^^, what he said.

Only try booting into safe mode (F8) and running it first. Often if you're infected to the point of the trojan shutting down programs you try to open, then there's not much use in running it without safe mode.
