Has anyone done a charge back on a paypal purchase? The seller didn't send me everything in the auction description and what he did send me did not match exactly what he described. I have emailed the guy through ebay, but he stopped responding a while back. I think if I use ebay protection I will lose 25 bucks at minimum. Does anything negative happen to you if you do a charge back?
No but they will ask you to mail it back to him/her at your cost IF they find in your favor. Depending on the item and shipping it, may or may not be worth it.
