Ok, imagine you start an expansion franchise in the NBA today....

    the 29 nba teams each protect 8 players and from the unprotected players and likely available FA's, you build a team and stay under the cap (most likely to happen anyhow). What would your team look like and why?

    example

    C: Diop
    PF: Darvin Ham
    SF: Mike Batiste
    SG: Lucious Harris
    PG: Jon Barry

    notable bench: Leon Smith, Stepania

    I think the problem with this topic is that it's entirely too much work to decide which players on every team would be unprotected. Sorry, I ain't that motivated. :D
