    as soon as i heard about the trade, i said, Uh-oh.... this kid is another vernon maxwell. angry, defiant, and out of control. he was the other guy i prayed the rocks wouldn't take. (loren woods didn't even make it outta the first round!) well, we will see. how will this guy like not being the center of attention? i don't know. i see stormy waters ahaead...

    i really hope you're kidding . . . the rockets just got one of the top two players in the draft (griffin and brown) FOR NOTHING.

    Did you read the article someone just posted about Griffin? There were a bunch of coaches that spoke highly of him, they spoke of his calm demeanor, and he doesn't like to show up anybody. He got into 2 fights, but so what? Hakeem got into fights. Jordan got into fights with Steve Kerr among other players when he was supposed to be "mature". I'm not worried about his attitude.

    our team is huge on being family, a tight group. if there is some dissention, this could hurt us. i could care less about whether akeem was a tough guy, starting fights 'cause your not getting the ball when you want it, is a huge attitude problem. 'specially if this is wink's team! look, it aint that bad, xause we could always trade him if he is too rowdy, but i think he has maxwell attitude, not akeem attitued. i like t-mo alot, though...
